ABOUT ME
My name is Cyprien. I'm a French American currently working as a marketing assistant for a fashion brand here in Madrid. I've been taking pictures since high school. I shoot all sorts of photographs, but my favorite subjects have always been people. There's something special about capturing emotions through portrait and fashion photography. Apart from taking stills, I'm quite a cinephile and love to shoot short films ;)

For the moment I'm only taking cash payments until I find and secure and reliable online payment option.
đź“« When and how will I receive my pictures?
The images will be downloadable via a WeTransfer link. Please count a week. I'll send you sneak peeks don't worry ;)
🌤️ What if the weather's bad the day of the shoot?
Luckily, the weather here in Madrid is usually quite good. In the case of bad weather, we can reschedule no problem or find an alternative.
🎨 Will my photos be retouched?
All the pictures will receive color corrections and exposure adjustments. I'll also give you a few stylised in my editing style (you'll also get the originals)

Terms & Conditions
1. General1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Cypi's Photos and the client regarding photography services provided by me. 1.2 By booking a session with me, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.2. Booking and Payments2.1 Payments are made via Cash.3. Cancellation and Rescheduling3.1 While there is no deposit to reserve, if you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.4. Weather Policy4.1 In the event of inclement weather, the Photographer will contact you to discuss rescheduling. The session may be rescheduled without penalty.5. Delivery of Photos5.1 The Photographer will deliver edited photos within 1 week after the session via a WeTransfer download link. 5.2 20 photos will be delivered. 5.3 The Photographer retains the right to select the best images for editing and delivery.6. Image Rights and Usage6.1 The Photographer retains the copyright to all images created during the session, even after the final product is delivered. 6.2 The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal use only. Commercial use of the images is not permitted without prior written consent from the Photographer. 6.3 The Client agrees that the Photographer may use the images for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes online (ie. Instagram & website). If you prefer your images not be used for these purposes, please inform the Photographer in writing prior to the session.7. Retouching and Editing7.1 All delivered photos include basic retouching, such as color correction, exposure adjustments, and minor blemish removal. 7.2 Any additional retouching requests (e.g., significant alterations, background changes) may incur an additional fee and will be quoted separately. 7.3 The Photographer’s editing style is a key part of their creative process. The Client agrees to accept the Photographer’s judgment regarding the final look and feel of the images.8. Limitation of Liability8.1 The Photographer takes the utmost care with respect to the exposure, transportation, and processing of your images. However, in the unlikely event that images are lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond the Photographer’s control, liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the session. 8.2 The Photographer is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the session.9. Agreement9.1 By booking a session with Cypi's Photos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
